I just moved into Crossgates this weekend and so far everything is going ok. The apartments are nicely sized for a family ... and everyone has been helpful with making moving a smooth transition. I have been in Crossgates for 1 year and would not live anywhere else in Starkville. Amenities are all the were stated they ... would be, we have not been bothered by noise, and our neighbors have been very good to be around. The most outstanding element in our complex is the staff, including our past manager and staff and present. Move in Successful
We had a bumpy start getting settled into Crossgates. There was a good bit of employee turnover from the time we turned ... in our application. Then your web system failed. This actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us (probably not for others though). Because we didn't have a lease in place yet we were able to have a last minute change in the number of bedrooms we needed. Thankfully we were finally able to connect with the new Asst Mngr at Crossgates- Rachel and she worked very hard to get us settled into our current 2 bedroom even though we had originally applied for a larger apartment. She actually spent a lot of time on the phone with us (hours...) following up with us and making sure we had everything in place and our needs were being met. If it weren't for her, we would probably be living somewhere else. Thanks, Rachel, for helping us to get settled into the phase we wanted to live in and into the size of apartment we needed. love my apartment! It is very spacious and comfy! I have never had issues with any of staff memebers! They are always very helpful , nice and friendly. I enjoy that it is very quiet and peaceful. If you like quietness , spacious , friendly staffed environments .. this is the place to be!

Great staff!! Anytime I need something done they take care of it right away. They are always personable when I talk to them and attentive. Even the maintenance workers make an effort to get to know the residents! Great place to live!!

LOVE living here at Crossgates!! It's a perfect complex, the employees always make you feel right at home, and the amenities are always clean and so convenient! I really have no complaints about this place.
